€50 Booking Deposit

To avoid no shows and last-minute cancellations, Swan Aesthetic Clinic has introduced a €50 booking deposit to reserve an appointment. This €50 booking deposit will be credited towards your treatment or refunded in full if you show for your appointment but decide not to proceed with your treatment. We understand unplanned events can occur resulting in the need to cancel or reschedule your appointment and you can do it once. If this happens, we respectfully ask for your cancellation call 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposited amount will be forfeited.
